Honestly, bring and I had duked out our issues right away. But know that I see the way he acted on this post it leads me to believe that either 1) He's not very smart when it comes to adminning and knowing the rules. 2) He abuses, and then to avoid punishment, apologizes [Which isn't acceptable]
I do think he should be demoted. we've had two complaints with common factors and elements in both. There was disrespect (Saying your sorry doesn't put the words back in your mouth) and he was abusing a "friend". He also has RDMed several times, which isn't normally that huge of an issue. But when you add abuse to that then it becomes a problem. And using any of the "say"s (tsay, csay, asay, etc.) for your own purpose or to badmouth ANYBODY, is not only disrespectful and reflects badly on us, but can also hurt someone's feelings or it can lead to the higher-ups abusing out of anger.
