I think if only the repair tool could be had in buildmode it would be less of an issue, as most people will never attempt to use it as a weapon.
The remote control has a linkup or something that you can use to control cars and circuits and stuff. I found it more useful to control e2 tools with as you can detect it being equipped/held, allowing you to restrict tools to it so they don't interfere with building.
I am actually working on my own exploit restriction thread because of what stemmed out of Demonik asking for some of the most useful parts of E2 to be removed in his thread, if you have any suggestions you can message me. I know that I have a lot of exploits under my belt but I'm not against trying to get many of them fixed, I just don't want to discuss a lot of them for fear of them spreading.
