In the End is about, well, the end. Therefore, it would make good END round music. Also, the entire song (if you listen to it) is about not fearing death, which is the ultimate goal of the traitors (more on that below).
The first line in Closing Time after my selected start time is "You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here." Kinda like how everyone feels when the round times out, as it means the traitors took too long to do anything. In other words, it's closing time for the round.
Don't Fear the Reaper is good for the innocent because it means that the "Reaper (Traitors) have been defeated, and therefore you don't need to fear them anymore.
And Immortals is good for the traitors because it does take some skill to manage to kill a whole group of people that roughly outnumber your own group 4 to 1.
