I think the rule for unreachable spots should be defined as:
"If you cannot get there on your own without the assistance of more than one stationary prop, then it is declared unreachable"
This way it excludes places that have a table there to begin with to aid with higher spots that are still reachable. If you have to alter the base props or add additional props to reach the spot, then by normal means it is unreachable and the rule should apply.
Just my opinion, I don't play TTT though, cus the one time I did, I sucked at it lol
