I disagree with both of these. I'll explain why.
Being able to phase through nailed down props while on a ladder would only encourage pseudo-skycading, because you can just camp the roof and except for Fast Zombies, no other zombie would ever be able to get up there, because you could just shoot them as they climb the ladder.
Being able to jump while phasing would again, give the survivors too much of an edge, because the whole point of being able to phase through nailed down props in the first place is to still give the zombies a chance to get you while you try to escape. If you could jump too, how would they be able to get you?
