Honestly, all i want to see or hear from Tavlar is that he does disrespect people and own up to it like a reliable staff member would do in this situation. I mean all he has done was explain the reasoning about the kicks but didn't explain his disrespect and abuse (gags). Obviously, we may not have evidence but who ever accepted his application should go to talk to him whether or not he abused or disrespect. I mean when people at stores complain about an employee, does the person of the report ask for "evidence". No. Evidence makes the case strong but were witnesses. The employer simply goes and talk to the employee who was reported and hope it never happens again. Lesson Learned. I mean you other guyz may "see" that he doesn't abuse or disrespect but I doubt you guys are up late on Deathrun. Because all I see are TTT and other gamemodes admins/Op/members vouch. Not saying you can't vouch obviously but you guys can't be %100 sure that he doesnt abuse at all. Especially when you all have different favorite gamemodes. You guys make it look like your with him 24/7 or whenever hes on. The people who vouch are the people who witnessed the event at the time. Just that alone, you should just go talk to him, discuss why hes being complained on. (Could just be a warning or a demote, either one is fine as long he gets the message) or have him reply to the report about his disrespect, and abuse together. Not just one thing and avoid the other points.
