But that implies they know that getting killed for money is a slayable offense.
Really, some people tell the ones who were killed for a bounty "lol, that's what you get" or some other shitty response, and never mention that you can report the person that RDM'ed you. (Unless of course, the person that killed them was a traitor.)
It seems that the new people don't know they can report for it because they assume that it's part of the game, albeit at the cost of them dying every single round that they get frustrated and leave.
Maybe that rule about reporting the person who killed you for the bounty should be on the first page that you see, the motd. Just like the knife rule, because people need to know that they can report the person who killed them, rather than sit there for like five minutes only to die instantly the next round starting.
