Can never have enough right? Found a few more smaller ones.
Beartrap: Deals damage to players that step in it and holds them in place for a while. It takes a few seconds for the T to arm, so it has a bit of a risk factor.
Baby Launcher: An actual gun. It just shoots babies. Disguised as a deagle and seems like a fun alternative to just buying an AK or a silenced pistol.
Jetpack: Hold space to fly. You need to be holding it in your hand to use it. This could lead to a bunch of mixtures of weapons with the jetpack (molotov, grenades, etc). The force can also be adjusted. Both the ts and the detectives can buy it.
Homerun Bat: 4 ammo, and it's hard to hide. Hitting somebody launches them across the map and does some damage. A pretty situational weapon, but I think we'd have fun with it.
Weapon Jammer: T weapon. Hit E on any player to jam their current weapon. The effect stays on that particular weapon, and can't be undone. You have to replace your weapon. If a jammed gun is dropped and picked back up, the effect stays.
