1. So? That's the point. A jihad isn't descrete. It's balanced that way and gives way for a different sort of playstyle.
2. Saying that it'll be abusable no matter what is a bit of a stretch. Some maps, yes. So we blacklist it like we did for the black hole nade. We can also control the force, so Ts and detectives aren't just flying around at light speed.
