Should I apply for operator

Hello guys/girls I been thinking about applying for operator for a while like a couple of months ago and the 5 days are about to end and I was wondering for those who know me should I apply for operators cause sometime a wake early in the morning and get rdm and no admin or op and also when I stay late playing I get rdm . I've been asking on the server but no one answers to my question so I came here anyway "should or or I shouldn't " I will be glad to here your opinion in the commentary thx or the reading
