Change "Guard" job name to "Bank Guard" (DarkRP)

Alot of people either use the excuse of not knowing guards are for the bank (mostly to get away with something) and/or don't read the job description. This has lead to alot of misunderstanding and problems. Mostly because as soon as  you see a guard kill someone outside of bank it's hard to tell if it's an rdmer or someone that is defending themselves and just don't know what they are suppose to be doing with the job.
