[Partially Approved] Ban job command

As many of you DarkRP players know when you /demote someone it starts a vote and if they get demoted they are banned from that job. Well what some of you know is the when you demote someone by a command as an admin, instead of banning them from the job all it does is demote them, so they can just become the job again. I think we should either add the command to ban the job from a person or make the demote command autoban them from the job.

I believe there should be a command to ban an individual from a job, either while they're online or via steamid if they're offline. I think the demote and ban commands should be separate though, so you can demote them as a warning (though the demote should like ban them from it for 15 or so minutes, while the ban is more permanent)

I vouch for this, maybe just maybe we can slow down some of the cancer. Zellogi idea sounds even better but, any adjustment would help.

We have a cp ban command to ban people from becoming police, swat, etc. which is the primary thing that could be abused. Not that you even play on our Dark RP (no one does) so this was just spam anyways.
