What server do you want to be Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator.
I come across a lot of misbehaver on the server like for example, people would glitch outside the map and won't get killed, micspam, ghosting is the worst of all, and disrespect other players. I like to keep the server up and keep out the players that break the rules. I really like this server to keep up the good work. Also not a lot of Admins/Operators are always on the server, therefor I would keep it fresh of rule breakers.

Please describe any previous operator experience.
I haven't had any experience yet.
