Saint gave you a rundown, but here's what I can do.

1. I can moderate the forums. Clean up spam, warn spammers, spambin threads that are just shitposts, etc.
2. I can accept members into our group and give them the member rank.
3. I have standard admin powers on all garry's mod servers (cuz the non-gmod servers are dead AF, tho I'm still admin on Unturned as well)
4. Admin commands on Teamspeak, meaning I can move people to different channels, kick people from my channel, or from the server, and ban clients, though I've never had to use that and I hope I never do.
5. On Sandbox, Consultants can modify certain server restrictions like what weapons you can spawn.
6. Our opinions are valued, and our vouches on staff applications heavily impact the final decision.

This is basically a non-tl;dr version of Saint's list.

Also as far as I know, there are no set requirements. @SaintLuther chooses the Consultants himself, it's not a position you can apply for and your application will most likely be spambinned if you do.
