Restrict e2 to member and higher rank only

Some jackasses abused the e2 which make annoying sound and floating genitals.This usually happen when there is many players in the server.Sadly,I forgot to take the screenshot about it.This can be prevented by by restricting it to server members and higher ranking players only.I hope this will help.

The only E2 abuse I ever see is the occasional blinder or minge-beeper. I decided not to restrict E2 because there's a lot of creative things you can do with it. And if you're referring to the giant pictures of dicks everywhere... That's not E2, that's PAC3, and I don't think that's able to be restricted to trusted+ due to the nature of the addon. But E2 abuse isn't that common, which is surprising.

If I do see an increase in E2 abuse though, I will restrict it from users.

The fact your asking to restrict E2 is basically asking half of the sandbox population to leave.
