The Sandbox LFG Automatic Server Messages

This thread is a short thread, and it is about the different LFG Sandbox automatic server messages!!! I have searched for each one, but I still might be missing one, either way I think these should be approved! The sentence with the "*" is what the automatic server messages are right now and the sentence underneath is what It should be...

* Don't want to Deathmatch? Enter !buildmode for invincibility.
Don't want to Deathmatch? Enter !buildmode for invincibility, and type it again to get out.

* You may only noclip while in buildmode!
This should be removed as only Admins of Sandbox can use noclip
(This would help as people join thinking that they can get noclip, but they cant)

* If you are seeing errors, open the PointShop to view missing content.
This should be kept the exact same


* Type !donate to view tiers and perks for donating!
This should be kept the exact same

* Press F4 to open the PointShop!
This should be kept the exact same

* Type !request to request an admin
This should be kept the exact same

*Don't like the map? Type !rtv
This should be kept the exact same

(I think this would help as I have people asking me everyday "How do I become member?")

Type !workshop to automatically download LFG Playermodels

Press F7 to enter the !party menu to join/create a party!

Zell's idea: don't want to PvP? Type !buildmode to go in and out of build mode.

* You may only noclip while in buildmode!

Zell's idea: change the wording of 'noclip' to 'fly' as noclipping is, like he said, only possible by admins. The noclip they use does not allow them to pass through unowned props or the world.

Zell's idea: "If you are seeing errors or missing textures, you might be missing CS:S, TF2, or Pointshop Content, type !workshop, click Yes, and rejoin the server to fix some of the errors."

This already exists for user/trusted ranks, it's just hidden from Member+. It's what got me to join.
