I can look into the lua coding for these while I got nothing better to do, possibly nerf the doom3 shotguns (nothing else from doom3 is op that isn't already restricted) and the raptor snipers from both ss1 and ss2. I'll try to do the lasergun as well as remove the knockback effect and slow the rate of fire. The raptors have a base damage of 70 while not zoomed in, zooming in increases the damage to 300 (remember that headshots are 2x and leg/arm shots are 0.25x) so I'll look into this. 

Also the tesla weapons are not intended to be used as they're restricted to admins.

I was able to make all the changes I mentioned. I already PMed saint the files, if he likes them, hopefully they get added soon.

Pre-nerf stats:
Doom 3 Shotgun: 14 damage x 13 projectiles.
Doom 3 Super Shotgun: 18 damage x 16 projectiles.
Doom 3 Chainsaw: 50 damage.
Serious Sam 1/2 Sniper: 70 unzoomed, 300 zoomed damage.
Serious Sam 1 Lasergun: 20 damage, 600 RPM, can push entities.

Post-nerf stats:
Doom 3 Shotgun: 14 damage x 6 projectiles.
Doom 3 Super Shotgun: 9 damage x 14 projectiles, slightly wider spread.
Doom 3 Chainsaw: 25 damage.
Serious Sam 1/2 Sniper: Removed damage bonus when zoomed, damage unchanged.
Serious Sam 1 Lasergun: 15 damage, 285 RPM, cannot push entities.
