My input (for people who care)
Currently I see no incentive to try to recruit members and there should be one,
This one seems fine but needs to be refined.
-Everyone starts with 0 points

-Every 50 points you get 5k LFG Points

-The way to earn points should be 2 per Person recruited, if they are a fourm user they do not count,
They actually need to earn membership status and alt accounts do not count.

Heres when a controversial suggestion comes
-Staff must try to recruit at least 1 player per month to continue their staff status,
This way it brings more incentive on staff to do their job and help make the community a better place.

No, no, no. This would not be a good idea as I would need to refer 25 people for only 5k LFG points? I would earn over 3x the points as I try to refer the people! I try to refer people all the time,( the ones who play for a while) yet, they either can't download ts3 or, something like that... Even @Zellogi hasn't referred 25 people!

i didnt know it was @"L Lawliet" doing it himself. Since he dosent have infinite points i dont think it will work out if its just him, unless its for a limited time.

1. 5k aint  much, you get 5k just for becoming member, i think it should be at least 8k.

2. I dont like the last part, recruiting 1 person per month to keep your staff rank would be really annoying, and ppl would probably end up spamming their reffering links (example: http://lennyfacegaming.org/member.php?ac...ferrer=645) on chat so i say no to that.

Ok this was supposed to be something to populate the server and earn points for doing so like top 3 referrers would get something
And it's supposed to be a limited thing
