Buff pocket rifle

I accidentaly bought the pocket rifle for perm (woops) but i actually like it. Problem is sniper ammo is kinda spread apart and not easy to find on most maps. My suggestion is to

1. Buff the damage on body shots slightly
2. Give it 1/5 Ammo to start.

For 60k LFG points, It should atleast give 4 more rounds of ammo.
