Xenon - Hasty Voteban with Admin Online

Xenon was quick to voteban @ThatOneSubaruGuy (STEAM_0:1:167408515) for spawn killing, even though there were admin online. I was checking in on another player when the incident occurred, and instead of reaching out to me hastily took matters into his own hands. From what I saw, @ThatOneSubaruGuy wasn't even given a warning of breaking the rules, nor a kick, but was rather exposed to a harsher punishment off the bat. Xenon not only oversteps the bounds of the responsibilities granted to him, but also is rather sadistic as depicted in the following screenshot:

you're not supposed to ban while a admin is on. I suggest you read the rules a bit more carefully Xenon. and also you did this not once but 3 times. while a admin is on. I really believe you should get your power revoked. Thing is there's not spawn kill on that map we have spawn protection plus a extra 10 seconds to rush your ass out of there before getting shot. and spawn Kill is not even a bannable offense ( Unless they do it after a kick). But a straight up 1 day ban is too harsh.

Unbanned ThatOneSubaruGuy and went ahead and gave Xenon the ban instead. If you're gonna do a vote ban, at least make sure it's for a valid reason. With that, thread closed.
