When I said punishable I meant kick or bannable. Not gag and mute. I see those as more of play tools if things get REALLY excessive.

Oh yes I was supposed to assume that you meant that. Not to mention your idea where you suggested adding "harrassment isn't punishable" in the MOTD. You're still post whoring.

I agree that I should have vote kicked instead of banned. However you had multiple swatstikas, nazi flags, and signs saying "White power" as well as a radio streaming the nazi march. While I get that people can find humor in just about anything, myself included, there is a difference between making fun of the nazi party with satirical humor, and blatantly supporting the nazi party and white power movements, and putting symbols of you doing so all over the server. I did say that what you were doing could be found disrespectful or harrassing to other players, I did not take action until one member of the server said that they found it was offensive and that they were Jewish, at which point, since there were no admins on, I initiated the voteban. I should have only done a votekick and I am sorry for the ban. However, considering that people did vote yes, I am not the only one that found it distasteful. 

As I said before, I get that you can have fun and games with even the most serious of topics. I also get that that is part of the appeal of the LFG servers. But when you're not doing things for the sake of humor, then you're just kind of making a political statement. And unless I misunderstood something when I became a member over a year ago (and am about to become a donor), then I do not think we support any political party, much less the Nazi or white supremacist factions.

If that is your reasoning for kicking/banning someone, then you clearly don't know what harassment is. Spawning nazi propaganda is not harassment, it's just a part of Sandbox that you'll have to deal with.
