First here as some just generic addons.

Short Gas Grenades
Saint can make them drop randomly in the world or just make it so they have be bought by a T or D. Post your thought I guess on these but they are different than incendiaries.

Adrenaline Shot
This isn't Op in my opinion because the health does tick down and can be changed and it seems that the ticks will go past the 50 health so it can kill you if you use it but if you need that extra health well here it is. I guess this would be for T's. Yes I know you can buy full health in the store but some of us don't like doing that.

Now for the fun stuff.

Mystery Box
The reason we should add this and ideas I have for it.

We can make it so it has a random chance to spawn on the map, or we can assign spots for it. The teddy bear makes it disappear but I am willing to go through every map and get designated points for it to go if you get one. So people can just spam it we can make it 1 hit only.

Now my biggest idea is we make it with special weapons that you cannot find on the ground and change their chance rates. Ex: Ray gun mark II This would be super rare (yes we need to nerf it and make it only a 3 round burst gun). I can get Saint small group of specials that will not all be that great but just normal guns that won't drop in the world since we don't seem to want to put them in the point shop. I don't know if we want to make the number 3 or 1 hit. I just think if we add this and figure out a way to use it it would be fun. It seems the best one would be randomly spawn it so people are not always rushing it. If we do that I really do think adding special guns (not all ray gun like or the thunder gun or wonder weapons for those Zombie players) but this will make the box worth while using. Again I volunteer to get all the spots I would just need saint to tell me how many spots he wants like if he would want 1-3 for each map or just one if he doesn't want the box to leave the map.

I already have a few guns in mind to add to the box.

i think the mistory box idea sounds realy good, randome weapons and other items from them could be fun

I like all of these suggestions, specially the mystery box. if the "random spawn chance" option wins, what would be the spawn rate (50% chance of it spawning, 20% chance of it spawning, etc)?

Unsure right now. I just think this would really change the game and make people want to return to our server. Especially if we put some special weapons in there.

the only thing we need to populate the server is a populated server. The problem is not with addons and all these things that make the server sparkly. The problem is people just aren't invested in keeping our server populated.for example Saito and I were on TTT from when it was semi active, to when it was mostly populated, all the way to when it ended up being just us. We don't need any more fancy addons or anything we just need active users that make the server look presentable and attracts users

I'm pretty sure the game is sufficiently fun. Look at the amount of "no addons" servers that are populated a lot. The problem isn't people need something new to make it fun. The problem is people's taste in the game is simply changing. I think it's plenty fun and people who find it fun will go to it.

That is exactly correct, and is also a supporting reason why we should make a modded minecraft gmod server.
