Have been playing with Phil for a while now and it seems like he deserves his admin back. He does good for the server and has a passion to play again.

-Vouch after a lot of thought I honestly don't think you can do multiple servers yet. I have been watching while on my LOA and you barely keep up with one. I don't think giving you admin just to have you demoted again accomplishes anything.
