Description of offense and evidence: 
Dominos guy had suspicious scores and accuracy. he was able to headshot people from across the map with assault rifles that don't even have scopes and during my spectating I saw his rockets moving towards players rather than in a straight line.

Not defending Domino guy since I wasn't there or saying he isn't hacking since he has been accused of this before but watching the video and reading what you said the rockets are not doing what I thought you meant. It sounded to me like he flying them around like the RPG's. I have not used it but it looks like the rockets just shoot more to the right. The reason I say this is because at 2:40 another guy is using what seems to be the same rocket type and his look to be shooting to the side well. He doesn't seem to looking at domino either yet his shots are hitting high. Again it could be my perception but can you take video of how the rocket shoots from first person on your side? That would make this more evident.

I agree... if it was aimbot wouldn't it have locked the crosshair on the target instead? Or maybe spectating just makes it look like his crosshair is to the left or something? I never see his crosshairs snap on to targets like it would if he was aimbotting.
