[Approved] Aerial Rule Recommendation

So i would like to have shooting at grounded aircraft made against the rules, why?
Many players like to fly, and it would make flying more enjoyable if you can take off from the ground without having your aircraft blown up and it would increase the amount of fun people would have
(i do not know what else to put, input your reasons if you support it or not support it if you think this should be made into a rule or not)

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Relocate. If you can't find a place where you don't get shot on the ground, you aren't playing on a map where LFS or WAC are viable. If they won't stop man hunting you, it could get annoying but at that point your better off just leaving and wait until they leave.

I haven't tried this, but I think it should be possible: spawn protection for aircraft. Maybe 10 seconds?
