[Partially Approved] a simple but fun addon

this is the custom taunts addon. basically it adds new dance moves whenever you use the dance command from console or gestures. you can also do some specific dances by typing !dance in chat. it also comes with fortnite emotes.

optional: this isn't required, but it does make things more interesting. some custom taunts that are full dances come with music. the mod can still function without it, though I think its more fun when you have synchronized music

im not entirely sure about adding more taunts but 
custom taunt is used on many anime playermodels
but sure we can add it

It works on the playermodels we have now. A few have some weird clipping but still work

I was just playing with it in single player and thought that since we play music and have parties, this would be fun to have in sbox
