this adds a huge variety of cars, although i'm also gonna replace the gta sa cars and removing mafia 2 cars, since people often use gta more than mafia
of course gta in 2006 is way larger than gta in 1950 (basically mafia)
the police cars range around 3-7 MB for each car, not really much mb anyways
the other one is 107 mb, large, but we can maybe cut that in half if we replace mafia 2
i made far too much simfphys suggestions, will take a break from that
