[Denied] Trader's darkrp open application

I want to be an operator on the dark rp server because I see times where people rdm and rda and nothing happens because there are no staff on some examples would be people breaking the nlr rule and respawning and end up shooting me and keep repeating it multiple times.  I can't do anything about it but fight back and run and some people when they rdm and get demoted they just pick a new job and start a new rdm spree.
