[Partially Approved] Anti Proxy/VPN

This should be added to the forums, it prevents people from registering with an active proxy/vpn (that it detects) it will decrease the amount of alt accounts that are spotted but cant ban the real owner of the accounts cause of vpn

the developer has also said it may stop some spam bots since some of them use vpns and proxies

+vouch, having bots and alts on the forums can be annoying at times with them making spam threads and other bad things, but with this, it can make @SaintLuther's job and @Zellogi's job easier as well!

Assuming the script even works, it will be able to protect against SOME alts, but not all. There's no way it can protect against spambots assuming that most spambot creators don't use a VPN (because there's no reason to.)

This plugin wouldn't work because the DDoS protection our forums use basically acts as a proxy for everyone, therefore it would detect everyone. I made my own instead, which checks the IP. It detected all these alts as VPNs, so it would have blocked them.
