This is just another attempt to squeeze points out of people. The idea is dumb, as anyone can fake it, and how do you determine a fake scare from a real scare? Who's judging the best scare, and are they capable of doing the job? And who would hold the "pool" of points people pay into? You should develop your ideas more before sharing them.

also we should probably get rid of public e2's and pacs cuz thats just not fair.

How exactly are you planning to do that? Do you mean just have an admin remove them as soon as they are spotted? There's a thing in the E2 editor that shows all E2s spawned and also their owners so if we see that failcake scare box bullshit or some other common E2 it could be done away with.

Aside from that though, some actual event planning does need to be done like mentioned by the 2 above me.
