What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
A bunch of wild tryhards have appeared and in order to keep the server alive we must sacrifice pointmares. In order to get these pointmares, we must have one admin on to begin the ritual. Sometimes no admins are on and then the server slowly kills itself as for most it becomes "too boring." Another reason I want admin is for the "bring" and "teleport" command, because in deadblock there are a few spots where humans spawn but are stuck in a prop. 
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

+Support. Is n00b but still tries to play and bring the server to life even when it is boring. Doesnt aboose and yeah tp is needed for deadblock
