Got stuck in spawn /bug/abuse/glitch

Is the player that went up to me and said "VISIONS, Say sorry to them"
What happened was when I joined the server I spawn a revolver for myself and then start killing people as that's how sandbox is intended.
There's no rules on RDM as of minging is possbily apart of that but no rules on "RDM" and if a 30 year old man on the internet is going to cry about getting killed then go into buildmode or do not play period.

Bug/Glitch
Is this is a bug or a glitch then this server is garbage as I had high expectations for this server but seeing the quality of the work from the developers I could not believe anyone would play on this server.
I know this is not a bug because what line of code would target one player and make them stuck in spawn.
All I know is I killed libtards and they cry and go to their boyfriend furry and tell them to make me stuck or whatever.

The man that was crying about getting killed on a sandbox server
First time I killed him he said "stop being a dick" , as I reply saying if you do not like being killed on a game that's intended for this specific reason then go into build mode and stop crying. Second time I killed him he whines about how he can kill me fast or whatever nonsense he was going on about. 
Oh and the third time I killed him, he says the following words "I'm going to make you regret that", wow.

Also, Alexey was joking. I've played on sbox many times and plenty of people will joke about rdming. The next guy whining about being killed sounds like a different salty player we have.

Getting stuck in spawn is not specific to any server, many maps that have poor spawns will have players that spawn inside each other getting them stuck.

I know this is not a bug because what line of code would target one player and make them stuck in spawn.

There is no line of code for spawning considering spawns are handled by the map not the server

First Wrong format, secondly, Crying about RDM isnt against the rules, and since spawns are handled by the server, there is no code that can do that, most maps have bad spawns and thus spawn players inside players. Which is easy to get out of.
Also the crying about RDM is a running gag on the server, which if you bother to play on the server even a bit you would know, instead of complaining about people not breaking rules, and Alexey is a nice and good member, so i doubt he would break rules.
