Custom Jihads, aspirins and cocaine (Sandbox)

It would be cool to have the jihad swep on sandbox and have cocaine unrestricted or at least unrestricted for admins to control the cocaine distribution. If we have these 2 things, we can combine them and create something similar to a muslim sonic the hedgehog. 

Jihad swep: Using a jihad swep is always fun, you can annoy others with it and if we can get custom jihads like the ones we have on the TTT server, you can be even more annoying, blasting people with ear rape as you make them explode or going to where a crowd is and hitting them with a surprise "kill niggers" explosion. Here is a link to a jihad swep i found, it lets you do taunts with right click while also doing a hand wave taunt and does like a zombie taunt when you explde. If we cant do custom jihads with this one, then i suggest we use the one we have on the TTT server.

Aspirins: I dont really care much about this one but quoting @UHC "gives you 50 extra hp that goes away in 5 seconds" and "it also kills you if you take another one before the extra hp wears off". Its seems pretty useless so why not unrestrict it.

Cocaine: Now that we are getting rid of the crysis hud, this can be useful as some kind of replacement for the speed boost ability. Cocaine, while it does give you an insane amount speed, its also insanely hard to control, there are more chances you will get launched into the air and kill yourself from fall damage than chances of you being able to succesfully shoot and kill anyone while the super speed is active. This is why it would be a great combination with the jihad swep, you dont need to aim to use the jihad swep and combining it with cocaine would be fun. Since cocaine is restricted and @SaintLuther may not want to unrestrict it for some reason (i only see this being OP if someone with aimbot uses it), i suggest we make cocaine either unrestricted for admins or unrestricted for members+
