Most of these cores have already been suggested, but those suggestions were shut down because of reasons that can easily be countered, so I will re-suggest them, and provide counterarguments as needed.
VGUI Core:

Possible issues: Tricking or annoying players
Counter: Creating permissions to be able to ban players from using the core and restricting ranks
Mesh Core:
