I dont know what happened, i took it to best buy to see what they could do, they said that my power supply blew put, but that they couldn't repair it since it wasn't there pc, so i then had to contact costco where I had bought it, and they said to put it in the orginal packaging (thank God I still had it) and sens it to them, they would either repair it if possible or send a new one.

Since it's a hardware problem, I would suggest leaving it to an expert since if you make a mistake you might make it worse or harder to fix (depending on how complicated it is to fix it)

I bought the computer through costco so that was the easiest place, i bought the 5 year warranty so i dont have to pay anything, waiting a little longer shouldnt be that bad
