Ok, so I said I will rethink my vote because it was late at night when I read everything and wanted to review the rules before I deemed the grenade problem a plus or minus vouch. And before anyone reads my long ass reply, keep in mind the weight I hold in the community is about the same as a fava bean. All I can do is give a vouch and maybe clear up some stuff.
Ok, so unfortunately I have seen alot of people good and bad abuse grenades in the past as terrorists, and alot of times I do believe operators and admins do say "I guess grenades are alright as a terrorist, as long as you call terror etc." the thing is that grenades and c4 are stupidly cheap, and *maybe* rightfully so for new players to make money as a terrorist/raiders and to try to have fun. (maybe the problem lies with that you get so many grenades in the shop for a cheap price). I guess people get the assumption that explosion=terror and even if people know that it doesn't they may say it is just because there is no osama on to give out jhads.
Another thing is, even know people should use common sense, it doesn't say grenades can't be used for terror (and again people assume explosion=terror, even more so when people see others do it and think its ok.) This can also effect admins/ops because they may not see it in the rules and come up with the same conclusion.

Another thing I want to address in this thread is reactions to a -vouch. If you have like 4+ vouches and only 2 -vouches you still have a great chance at getting operator, but as soon as you start trying to defend yourself there is about a 90% chance that you are just digging yourself in a hole. I believe the thread as a whole and a persons track record with other people in the community is also accounted for, and *maybe* a bigger factor, in deciding if your right for a staff position. I can probably still give a +vouch but at this point I don't know how much good it will give. Handling arguments is a big part of being an operator.
*Also* as much weight as @Pierces10 has or appears to have, I've seen at least one application get accepted faster just because @Pierces10 reviewed it. @SaintLuther is very fair with selecting people and not even afraid to give the middle finger to his mom when deciding his options with something he is in charge with.
