First of all, The image in my previous post was simply showing that he uses no-clip at his leisure. I find it much easier to switch to spectator and cycle through players once i've received a report, since if you're alive you are either hiding or hunting, rather than flying through the map actively looking for someone to slay.
Secondly, as @KamilKenni said, these are just a few instances. I have seen Jon no-clip outside of the map borders as a prop on the Kakariko map, then fly inside a building as soon as Someone tries to shoot him. As well as going into the ground as a Kleiner(prop) with only a fraction of his head sticking out in a dark corner.
Jon has also granted no-clip to other players, not 100% sure, but I don't think that's allowed.
Thirdly, yes I was a bit upset with the -Vouch for my application, not because it was a -Vouch, but because there wasn't any explanation to go with it. The only thing that he wrote was:
I even asked him to elaborate, to which there was no response. I'm not going to give all of the details of that situation, but I can assure you it is an entirely separate issue that in no way prompted my post on this thread.
