[Rejected] get rid of WAC addon and replace it with Neurotec

i was mainly talking about replacing WAC with neurotec planes/helicopters, but i just wanted to bring up the rest of it just because. of course we would have to blacklist some things, and i dont really think we should add the neurotec bombs and nukes and stuffage like that, just the planes/helicopters and MAYBE the tanks

some contain planes/helicopters (that are MUCH easier to fly), some contain tanks, some have bombs, some have warships (miniature versions, but they work like the ones from World of Warships). 

Literally just said some have bombs, so why would we add something like that? Also what's the point of adding it if they're just gonna get restricted?
