Okay let's break this down. 

Line 1.
A, he was form banned meaning a totally restriction of power. It was for spamming, but giving someone trusted is like giving them a slap on the wrist for breaking forms rules.

Line 2.
I would like Saint to check the logs on this. The messages weren't 5 seconds apart they were a lot shorter. Also spamming is defined as to execute (an action) or use (an item) rapidly or repeatedly. I can confirm 100% you were.

I was expecting for you to punish your self for spamming but you didn't. I did give a verbal warning but you were too preoccupied talking to Senpai Spook. Also your a admin, you should know it's against the rules. I could of asked you to stop in admin chat, but where in the rules does it say I have to. I gave you your verbal warning then the gimp.

Dude I gotta defend this innocent plank, AKA Macaroni Joe. Spam, by definition has multiple meanings
First meaning is many types of meat ground together sold in cans similar to soup.
Second is to "irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet to a large number of recipients."
Third is to "send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet."

By these definitions, it is objective to the user if he was spamming. You see, there's no definition exactly for large, 57 or 12 is not an answer to everyone, but to some it might be. He also slightly varied his messages. The amount of users in the server was not large in my opinion, and his messages weren't exactly the same. This means he wasn't actually spamming.


Also, if he was forum banned, why COULDN'T you give him trusted? Trusted is a way to show you trust a player as an admin. This doesn't mean that he's abusing trusted or such. And it doesn't mean Demonik is abusive. It just means he trusted him.

By the way, using a punishment as a warning is flat out retarded. Imagine joining a server, spawning a prop, and accidentally hit someone who calls an admin and you get banned all week for "Don't Proppush - First Warning". Wouldn't that seem annoying? That's just a bit more extreme version of what you did. If anyone could be called abusive, its you for doing so. Just because you said it doesn't make it better if he didn't hear it because he was talking. That's like shouting across the globe hoping your friend hears it. Get his attention before you gimp him JUST SO YOU CAN TELL HIM. If he cant hear it, its not his fault he didn't know you said it.

So in conclusion, just don't ban him. None of this would be against the rules and the only one who was retarded here was you. You were an asshole about it instead of handling it like an admin should. It doesn't matter if he was ALSO an admin, it was just a bit of harmless fun. What could spamming chat with "Fuck Niggers" do to actually harm anyone? Make you miss a message from a guy you killed saying "I am gonna ddos you and your router and your computer and your keyboard and your mouse fgt."? or is it just because you're biased against Demonik1, or because you're overly sensitive? This is not a professional way to handle your problems.
