9/6/17 - Automatic Restart/NPC Reset
The server now restarts the map once every 24 hours if less than 4 people are online. Otherwise, it will wait until there are less than 4 people. This will fix the server from breaking after staying on the same map for too many days.
Operators and up can now reset the NPCs if one or more of them disappear or break somehow.
