What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I try to be active on the server every week, have been learning the rules and ropes along the way while playing the game. I wish to be able to contribute to the server more then just playing it and i feel this is the best way for me to do that. 
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
Admin on a Call of Duty WAW crouch only server
