Even though you claim it was an accident it was still done.  So your chances of getting unbanned aren't very high.  You'll just have to wait it out and try not to crash the server with dupes next time.  Just be happy you got a 5 day ban and not a 2 week ban like it's written in the rules.

Maximum length for admins is 2 weeks I believe.
