What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
There is no admins whenever the server is populated (rare, i know). RDM is super common until karma ban and there's hardly any order whenever it is full so it empties just as fast.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
I think I was an admin two years ago LOL but I've been back playing GMOD and all the other servers are not as good for T-weapons.
