9/21/19 - /u Updates and Fixes

The following changes have been made to /u:

• The issue with scanning streamable content when not fully buffered on some browsers has been fixed. Meaning it works on all browsers now, not just some.
  Unfortunately analytics had to be disabled to solve this for now.
  
• Special characters are now allowed. Only certain characters are stripped from the name now.
  It shouldn't be possible to create a file with the characters that are being stripped anyways.
  
• When you click the upload button, the status text will change to "Uploading..." instead of leaving you hanging until it's done.
  
• If you try to upload a file with an existing name, you will be linked to the existing file.
  
• Uber Donators get an upload limit of 50 MiBs.
