6/18/20 - Relaunch

DarkRP has been fixed and is once again in a functional state.
Some known issues are:

• Bank heist doesn't work
  
• Rape SWEP is missing
  
• Custom jobs don't auto download
  
• Donator ranks don't apply
  
• NPCs don't spawn on restart sometimes
  
• DJ doesn't have a radio
  

Fixed issues are:

• People can actually join
  
• Server correctly autorestarts
  
• Many other fixes by bringing it inline with shared LFG code
  

6/22/20 - Minor Fixes

NPCs should now spawn correctly on every restart

gmod_admin_cleanup has been readded (Admin+) as NPCs have been configured to respawn on map cleanup
