[Upheld] Banned for talking to someone about being slayd but they were wrong

The only time I ban on Sandbox is if they're excessively breaking the rules, after other forms of punishment, or if they're causing intense lag on purpose, using E2 to blind other players, or posting nsfw pictures either through sprays, pac3, wire, e2, etc.

But usually chat/mic spammers just get muted/gagged until they decided to stop being an ass on chat/mic or they get p-muted/gagged.

Either way, I don't think a ban is necessary here, just pmute him for a couple hours or something, and if he doesn't stop, maybe a few days. or just disable his ability to chat indefinitely.
