would be a job exp category, where the more exp you gain in it the more weapons you unlock. This could also allow for more jobs and more things that job spawns with.
I think this would cause more frustration for new players than it would solve the problem of minges. Which is a problem that can only be solved with admins.

Minus the gun attachment part, this defeats the purpose of role play.
