I have been building complex things for a long time and respect the power of tools, as shown how i never caused a crash for over 4 hours with the "evil" smartweld tool. And last time I checked, smartweld itself was never against the rules.Smartweld isn't against the rules but neither is e2 and both can crash the server. You can't always prove what you're doing with either as well, but when its the last action being done before a server crash, its a 99% chance of it being the cause. Its possible nap was using dupe right as you smartwelded. it can very well have been done during the overflow since it wasn't an instantaneous crash, it was a very quick delayed crash.
EDIT: Also, a second is a massive amount of time to a computer. If i truly overloaded the server with smartweld, it would not even have the server capacity to register another action such as dupe being used.
