That sounds like a really petty form of tattletaling. If they're doing something actually bad like abusing, you can post a thread under "Submit a report"

this sounds absolutely pointless. Just because you don't see them doesn't mean they aren't on (and won't come back). I think I speak for both Saint and I when I say Thread Closed and Suggestion Denied (although i can't add prefix). There's just no use for a subforum like this unless you want to complain about people that you just don't see.
