I think it's a good idea besides the fact that if you have the advantage and kill the RDMer first. Especially when the server is full of guests that RDM this rule may play out as a little dangerous for the people who don't/don't try to RDM

Guests RDMing isn't as big a deal as you make it. If it's obvious that they're mass RDMers, I just let them kill me so they get banned faster. And maybe you should be more observant. If you listen, it's pretty obvious as to which KOS's are legitimate. If you used your brain, you would never get karma banned by guests.

This change is supposed to slow down the rate of RDMing as right now, players with low karma just wait for the next map change and get a free reset, which is basically saying "Here's 3-4 more RDMs you can do without being banned". If you don't get all your karma back at once, it might make some players think twice about randomly killing a player in exchange for a little karma, as they won't get it back so easily.
